SAFY Welcomes Gabby Hart to Board of Directors
[Delphos, Ohio] – Specialized Alternatives for Families and Youth of America, Inc. (SAFY) is pleased to announce the appointment of Gabby Hart to its Board of Directors. Ms. Hart’s profound understanding of the challenges youth experiencing foster care face and her professional achievements uniquely position her to provide invaluable insights and perspectives to SAFY’s board.
Ms. Hart is a Cleveland State University graduate with 11 years of experience in the media industry. She has worked both behind the scenes and in front of the camera in Jackson, Mississippi, Las Vegas, Houston, Texas, and now back in her hometown of Cleveland. As an investigative reporter and anchor for WOIO 19 News, she leverages her platform to highlight important issues and foster positive change in the community.
Beyond the newsroom, Ms. Hart is a published poet and motivational speaker and was awarded Best Motivational Speaker at the Nevada Silver State Awards. For the past decade, she has dedicated herself to empowering young women and advocating for youth in foster care, volunteering countless hours with organizations like SAFY and mentoring numerous foster girls.
SAFY is privileged to welcome Ms. Hart to its Board of Directors, anticipating the invaluable insights and passion she will contribute to the organization. Her extensive experience and steadfast dedication to advocacy will significantly advance SAFY’s mission.
