family preservation & reunification

The storms of life can threaten the stability of any family’s foundation.  SAFY is working to build self-sufficiency to support each family’s ability to weather life storms within our communities and strengthening the potential of the communities serve. Driven by our mission of Preserving Families and Securing Futures, we offer families the tools needed to develop and maintain a strong structure for the long-term health and well-being of all members preventing childhood neglect and abuse before it can occur. Our model has successfully and safely served children and caregivers in the community keeping children at home and reducing stays in foster care placements.
