Donna Bolinger joined SAFY after many years as a licensed mental health counselor, serving children, youth and families in a variety of capacities, including counseling, program management and supervision, as well as business and community development through fundraising, grant writing and event coordination.
Donna is responsible for supervision and oversight of the therapeutic treatment and physical care of foster youth in placement in Indiana, increasing business and staff leadership capacity, training and support of foster parents, budget management, and representing SAFY of Indiana’s interest on behalf of children and families at the Indiana State level.
